Last year we tried about a dozen Canadian coffee roasters, all use fair trade, shade grown organic beans.
They were great to work with and were without exception kind and supportive of our project.
The coffee we have decided to useis Doi Chaang Coffee. Come over and try a cup, it is nothing short of fantastic!
Delicious Coffee
In our quest to show our customers many different coffee flavor profiles,
we have decided to feature a different fair trade organic roaster each month.
These roasters will all have the following in common:
1. Canadian owned and operated
2. pay fair trade, or better to growers
3 only buy organic, sustainable product
4 have an extraordinary knowledge of the coffee industry and coffee itself
the order of when the different roasters will be featured was determined by draw.
